The Butterhead Lettuce from "Bon Jardinier" is an heirloom variety, ideal for summer cultivation. With thick, crunchy leaves, pale green bordered in red, it delivers excellent flavor. The Tango lettuce, recognizable by its deeply lobed and curled leaves reminiscent of endive, has a light pale green hue and an oak leaf shape, forming a small compact head.
