White Sweet Clover (Melilotus albus)
Boreal vanilla! This very easy to grow plant will add a unique flavor to your desserts. The essence is extracted from the flowers, but the young leaves are eaten in salads, and the seeds can be used as a spice. Its sweet fragrance is reminiscent of tonka bean and vanilla.
