Bok Choy Shanghai Green cabbage (Brassica rapa var. chinensis)
This Bok-Choy is tiny, but how tasty! Its short, but wide white stems end in a dark green spatulate blade. Its many leaves form a very dense foot of flared shape. Excellent in stir-fries! It grows easily and does not fear the cold. Also, it takes up very little space in the vegetable garden.
