Arthur Fowler Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum)
Heirloom orange tomato, generous and juicy, perfect for enjoying the full taste of summer.
Large orange-fleshed tomato, this variety was passed down to us by Dr. Arthur Fowler. He himself obtained it from a woman in Richelieu and cultivated it for over 20 years in Montreal before passing it on to François Lebel, a member of Semencier du Patrimoine, in 1998. Today, you can enjoy this generous and juicy tomato for a summer! CARE AND OTHER CONSIDERATIONS Gradually acclimate plants to outdoor conditions about 10 days before planting by taking them outside during the day. When planting, lay the plants horizontally, slightly arching them so that the leaves point upward.
