Téton de Vénus Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum)
Heart-shaped Italian tomato, dense, productive, excellent storage.
Tomate rouge italienne. Forme originale en cœur avec une belle pointe qui, semble-t-il, a inspiré son nom. Chair très dense, excellente pour les sauces comme pour les sandwichs. Sa résistance aux maladies et l’abondance de ses fruits compensent sa production tardive. Je la conseillerais pour les maraîchers, parce qu’elle se manipule bien (sans jeu de mot) et se conserve longtemps. Une de nos top trois!
