.Cette variété ancienne originaire de France est également appelée “Giraumon Turban”. Référencée vers 1885, elle s'orne d'un chapeau bariolé d'orange, de blanc et de vert. Qualifiée d'ornementale, elle sera aussi une très bonne candidate pour des soupes ou rotie, sa chair orange étant particulièrement douce et sucrée.
