Spaghetti Squash (Cucurbita pepo)
Variety with a mild and sweet taste.
Cette courge a un goût doux et sucrée. Elle a la particularité d'avoir une chair qui, après cuisson, se détache en longs filaments semblables à des spaghettis! Elle peut donc servir de substitut aux pâtes. Productive et facile à cultiver, les fruits mesurent de 25 à 30 cm et sont d'un beau jaune doré à maturité. Se conserve bien après la récolte.
La grande majorité de nos semences sont produites sur notre ferme. Toutefois, si la culture d’une variété échoue ou si elle est en rupture de stock, nous nous approvisionnons chez d’autres semenciers pour vous assurer une sélection intéressante. C’est le cas pour cette variété.
