This currant tomato was discovered in the Châteauguay region in the 1940s. It is a family favorite, as its many small red fruits delight children. Make no mistake: the true Petit Moineau tomato produces 7 fruits per cluster; otherwise, it is an imitation! CARE AND OTHER CONSIDERATIONS Gradually acclimate the plants to outdoor conditions about 10 days before planting by placing them outside during the day. When planting, lay the plants horizontally while gently bending the stem so that the leaves point upward.
